Maysville Community and Technical College has partnered with the Maysville-Mason Co. Area Chamber of Commerce and the Fleming County Chamber of Commerce to present the 2016 - 2017 Leadership Horizons. Send in your application before August 1st for your chance to attend Leadership Horizons. Leadership development is an essential part of the process of improving our region. The sessions provided will assist participants in developing awareness of the assets and strengths of the area as well as problems and challenges faced in the region. A maximum of 22 individuals will be accepted to participate in the annual program. Send in your application today for a chance to participate!

OSHA 10

Calendar September 8, 2016 - September 9, 2016 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Maysville Campus
The OSHA 10 hour training course for general industry is based on the OSHA 1910 standards. Several mandatory topics are covered and include Introduction to OSHA, Walking and Working Surfaces, Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention and Protection, Electrical, Personal Protective Equipment, and Hazard Communication. The balance of the 10 hour general industry training will cover a few of the these topics: Hazardous Materials, Material Handling, Machine Guarding, Lockout – Tagout, Fall Protection, Introduction to Industrial Hygiene, Bloodborne Pathogens, Ergonomics, and Safety and Health Programs. Students successfully completing the course receive the official DOL / OSHA 10 hour wallet card which is accepted in all 50 states and US territories. Register today!

Calendar December 5, 2016 - December 8, 2016 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Maysville Campus

The OSHA 30 hour training course for general industry is based on the OSHA 1910 standards.
